My Experience at eSpecial Needs
My tenure at eSpecial Needs was a transformative period where I honed my skills in e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing. As an Email and Marketing Specialist, I played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the company’s online presence and customer engagement strategies. This role allowed me to leverage my expertise in marketing automation, content strategy, and data analytics to drive substantial revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
After leaving Spirtas Wrecking Company, I was eager to dive into a role that would allow me to make a significant impact on e-commerce and digital marketing. eSpecial Needs provided the perfect opportunity to apply my skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. I was particularly excited to get back to B2C, my e-commerce passion, and to learn Magento e-commerce and ZoHo CRM. Additionally, making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their caregivers, another passion of mine, was incredibly fulfilling.
Blog Redesign and SEO Enhancement
One of the most impactful projects I undertook at eSpecial Needs was the comprehensive redesign of the company blog. The existing blog design was outdated and not optimized for search engines, which limited its effectiveness in driving organic traffic and engaging users. Recognizing the potential for improvement, I embarked on a mission to upgrade the blog’s design and enhance its SEO performance.
Custom Child Theme in Divi
To start, I created a custom child theme in Divi, a powerful and flexible WordPress theme framework. This allowed me to design and customize the blog with greater flexibility and creativity. I developed several unique layouts that not only improved the visual appeal of the blog but also enhanced its functionality and user experience. The new design was clean, modern, and fully responsive, ensuring that it looked great on all devices.

In addition to the design overhaul, I updated most of the blog content to be more SEO-friendly. This involved conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that our target audience was searching for. I then incorporated these keywords naturally into the blog posts, titles, meta descriptions, and headers.
